On the first day of summer, 2003, we came "over the hill" and like so many people, "Fell in Love with SaddleBrooke!" We purchased a lot immediately and built our home. We have never regretted our decision. Being in real estate since 1974 in Idaho, we immediately got our Arizonia Assocate Brokers licenses and became Realtors in the SaddleBrooke area. We have both received our CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations.
